  • 2 tablespoons freshly squeezed lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon ginger juice

Instructions:

  • Pour the water into a small saucepan over medium heat. You don’t want to boil the water; rather, you want to heat it to a safe drinking temperature that you can tolerate.
  • Once the water is warm, pour it into a tall glass. Add the sea salt and stir it with a metal spoon to dissolve the salt.
  • Add the apple juice, lemon juice, and ginger juice to the glass and stir to combine.
  • Drink this entire cup on an empty stomach in the morning. Make another batch of this before eating a light lunch, and make another batch mid-afternoon.

How Often Should I Have Colonics Performed?

Ideally, if it is your first time getting a colonic, you should have a series of 12 colonics performed – a session every other day (or 3 times per week) for four weeks straight, totaling about a month in duration.

However, because colonic sessions can be expensive for many people, ranging in price from $55-$100 depending on what facility and colonic hydro-therapist you visit, many people may not be able to afford the necessary 12 colonics to properly introduce themselves to the world of proper colon hygiene.

When budget is an issue, simply get at least 3 sessions performed and do your best to get another 3 sessions done as soon as possible until you have 12 sessions under your belt. It is worth saying that if you are participating in one of the Dherbs cleanses, you may want to avoid frequent colonics, as you will already be cleansing the colon.

After your initial 12 rounds or sessions of colonics, you may simply opt to have colonics (one session) performed once a month, a series of 3 colonics performed every three months, or whatever schedule best suits your health needs and personal schedule.

Preparing For Your Colonic Session

Schedule your colonic at least a week in advance. This gives you seven days to prepare for the colonic or series of colonics.

The day before your colonic appointment, make sure you do not eat anything after you eat dinner. It may help you out if you schedule your session(s) in the morning so that way you’ll only be skipping breakfast and won’t have to worry about hunger.

What Goes On During A Colonic?

A colonic session usually lasts about 45-60 minutes. The process is typically painless, with the exception of the insertion of the speculum into the rectum, which could cause a little discomfort physically and psychologically (a lot of people are adverse to having something inserted into their anus).

Though some people may feel shy that their anus is being exposed to a stranger, however, this person (stranger) should be seen and viewed as someone who is helping you – helping you to reclaim and restore your health, especially the health of your colon.

Before you start the colonic, you’ll be asked to lean or turn on one side so the hydro-therapist can insert the speculum into your rectum via your anus. It helps to take a deep breath before the speculum is being inserted.

Your head should rest comfortably on a headrest (of the colonic table) or perhaps a pillow. It all depends on the facility and hydro-therapist you go to. The hydro-therapist will turn on the water lever, allowing cool to moderately warm water to enter into your colon via the rectum. You will or should feel the water entering your body.

After a certain amount of water is entered into your body the hydro-therapist may begin to massage your stomach or press into your stomach (so as to break up gas pockets and to loosen hardened stools or feces that are like bricks along the walls of your colon).

After doing the above for a few seconds or minutes, he/she will turn the lever allowing a release (of water, feces, and other debris). It is also normal upon the first few releases to see that your water coming out of you is clear. If this is the case, chances are you’re pretty blocked and it may take some time for a release full of waste to exit your body. Many times, people don’t have a good release due to psychological factors (i.e. embarrassment, shyness, feeling awkward, etc.).

After the speculum is removed from your rectum, you’ll be told (or should be told) to go to the restroom and sit on the toilet for a few minutes so as to release any water still in your colon and/or rectum. To help expel water, press on your stomach (about 2 inches under your navel) with your fingers for a few seconds. Press in different spots around the front of your stomach.

A little water may seep out from your rectum after the session and while you have your clothes back on. It may also feel as if you defecated on yourself but it’s not the case. It just may feel like it. However, it’s just water from the session making its way out of the body.

What Can I Expect To See During My Colonic?

You could possibly see old fecal matter (which you can tell by its dark color). Dark colored fecal matter denotes old fecal matter stored in the body possibly for years or decades. Lighter colored fecal matter denotes most recent fecal matter from recent foods consumed. Whatever you may see, just be thankful it is leaving your body.

Post Colonic and Repopulation of Beneficial Intestinal Flora?

Many people are concerned about what happens to the beneficial intestinal flora after colonics are performed. If you’re really worried about the beneficial intestinal flora after your colonic, you could always take a few capsules of acidophilus (acidophilus bifidus) or a liquid form of acidophilus (dairy-free, of course).

Drink a minimum of 4 ounces of vegetable or carrot juice after a colonic session. If you’re into carrot juice, carrot juice is just as effective as acidophilus in restoring good bacteria in the intestines. Juiced cantaloupe is even better than carrot juice in restoring the beneficial flora.

The best thing to consume after your colonic session would be vegetable juice (if possible), followed by a big green leafy salad. Next would be steamed vegetables and maybe some brown rice. Simply remember to eat light, not heavy, after your colonic.

Though people have been using water to flush out their systems for centuries, colonics has recently surged in popularity as a detoxifying treatment. Celebrities like Leonardo DiCaprio, Oprah, and Madonna have all used the procedure as a way to feel slimmer, less bloated, and more energized. More importantly, it’s an excellent way to detoxify your body.

See, the colon is over five feet long, folded into the body like a big accordion. It’s within all those folds that fecal matter can get stuck, causing digestive problems and leaching toxins into the body. The colonic is designed to undo all of that.

Here’s how it works: a tiny speculum, connected to a hose is inserted into the rectum. From there, temperature controlled water is sent up into the colon, soaking into all the nooks and crannies, softening the accumulated stool. Once the “fill” is complete, the water is released, sending newly-freed waste and toxins back down the hose and out of the body.

The more I read about the process, the more I knew I had to try it for myself. I called up Cindy Fulsom, the head hydrotherapist at Vitality Flow and booked an appointment.

Originally from Canada, Cindy first heard about colonics from a book that showed a man with a really ulcerated foot. “They took pictures of it after colonics,” she recalled, “And it was pretty incredible to see those results. From there, I had a really strong interest. I wanted to do it.”

It wasn’t until she moved to LA, however, that she would have her chance. “After my first session, I thought to myself, wow, this is really interesting. But it didn’t really do anything.”

She had always heard that newcomers should do three as it could take a few sessions for a lifetime of waste to leave the body and so that’s what she did. The end of the third session marked an “incredible shift” for her. “I felt a lot more energy. The circles under my eyes had lightened up and pretty much cleared. And I felt such a sharpness in my mental faculties,” she recalled.

“People started coming up to me, saying, ‘Hey, what are you doing? You look really good. Your skin is glowing and you kind of have a sparkle about you.”

The habit had apparently stuck, because when I finally met up with her for my appointment at her clinic in Los Angeles, I, too, was amazed by how radiant she looked. The whites of her eyes were clear and her skin absolutely glowed. It was really striking.

She lead me to the treatment room where a Japanese screen calmy filtered the light of the window. I could hear the sound of a fountain bubbling in the corner. When I turned to look, I saw it was the hydrotherapy machine. About the size of a small TV, the device was all glass tubes and chrome knobs. It even had a number of submarine-style pressure gauges.

She left me to change into a gown. When she returned, she had me lie on the bed. I watched as she opened a sterile bag and assembled my personal colonic kit, which consisted of fresh tubing and the speculum. After getting everything put together and attached to the machine, the colonic was ready to begin.

She rolled me onto my side and helped me slide the speculum into my butt. Yep, my hand was down there. As she later explained, California law requires it.

The device entered smoothly, but when she finally got it in, it pinched a little so she adjusted it until it didn’t hurt any more. For the rest of the session, I didn’t feel a thing.

With a turn of the nozzle, the water started trickling into my body. We started slowly, putting only a little water into my system and building up to more and more volume. The whole time, Cindy was incredibly friendly and extremely knowledgeable. She answered all my questions and otherwise kept me distracted.

Predictably, the whole thing was a little uncomfortable. It kind of felt like I was going to have diarrhea. My stomach grumbled the whole time. Instead of having to race to the bathroom, however, I just had to tell her that I wanted to release. She’d flip the lever back and everything would flow out.

At other points during the process, the pressure I felt was near the speculum. This was usually related to gas, which also went into the tube upon release. Throughout our session, Cindy repeated the line that colon hydrotherapy is a “closed system”— a sanitized way of saying that no one ever hears or smells anything.

I was glad she was right. During our session, neither of us heard or smelled a thing.

What she failed to mention, however, is we saw everything. All the waste that flowed from my body passed through an illuminated glass tube, giving Cindy and I an up close and personal view of what I’d been eating.

“What kind of vegetable is that?” She asked as a green strand of something floated by. Ordinarily, I wouldn’t be too thrilled to discuss my poop, but Cindy was so friendly and professional, I didn’t even think twice. I started rattling off all the things that I’d eaten recently: “Black bean burger, chicken caesar salad, Asian pasta with cilantro—”

“Cilantro!” she said. “That’s definitely cilantro. Cilantro contains a lot of fibrous material that people don’t digest.”

And that’s how it went. For almost an hour, she’d turn the knob and the filtered water would flow in until I could no longer handle the pressure. Then she’d spin it the other way and the water would flow out. Out and in. Out and in.

I ended up getting three sessions. Just like Cindy when she’d first tried it. The whole experience left me feeling really different. My stomach was way less bloated and the whites of my eyes were so bright, you could almost see them in the dark.

Constipation, diarrhea and piles are all familiar to us. We have become aware of their presence because most people suffer from some, but in many cases, all three, as the peripheral effects are headache, backache, cramping and poor sleeping habits. It is such a universal problem, as far back as I remember, I knew of both my grandmothers’ constipation. It seems to be in everybody’s memory, a pervasive problem for sure. I feel that we need to thoroughly examine why the majority are constipated.

Relieving the constipation seems to me to be only half the remedy. There must be a logical reason for constipation. Unless this reason is eliminated, the stress of constipation would slowly wear the person down to complete exhaustion and death. That’s the reason why we must look closely at this, because the cause of this problem is much more important than continually relieving the constipation.

Fortunes are being made from our ignorance, as we go about lowering our cholesterol and blood pressure, loosening our decayed joints, dealing with our failing teeth…this is obscenely criminal. The true task of the future doctors is to understand and teach people how to prevent disease, how to eat, and totally take care of themselves.This will serve society in a more beneficial way than formulating expensive medicine to treat a problem that can be healed and certainly prevented.

Presently, this is how we are treating constipation — spending fortunes to force out this awful stinky mass in our intestines. Those who have a movement each day stands tall and proud, “like clockwork,” I am told many times, “every morning as soon as I have my coffee” and everyone, including the doctor says “good!”but I think we need to take a closer look.

Having been constipated myself for many years and suffering the same peripheral misery —headaches, backaches etc, Shelton taught me the truth about this universal problem. Thanks to this wonderful man, I healed myself and helped many others heal themselves. I was given the opportunity to observe many reversing their condition.

We know that a meat-based diet is very constipating. But what we have not yet known is that eating three times a day and moving your bowel one time per day is constipation and the far-reaching effects of this go to the grave with us.Let me begin by explaining the negative effects of eating three times a day and moving our bowel once.

Many wonderful events occur from the time we eat until the waste leaves the body. The medical explanation leaves me cold, because it is obvious that they do not fully comprehend what has taken place. They are busy dealing with the negative reactions they call ‘disease’, i.e. the flu, the various infections, drainage, dandruff, skin eruptions and all the pains and aches.

When I was in the middle of my own health tragedy, I was very serious about finding answers. I knew I had been eating poorly but I believed that the bowel movement that I had every morning was clearing the waste out of my body. It was a mystery for sure, and the only answer I found came from new age health books, which proclaim that death began in the colon. But, I knew that their recommendations of herbal purgatives, colonics and enemas were not the answers.

When I discovered fasting, I embraced it immediately and the results were to say the least, phenomena. Profuse drainage took place from my sinuses and upper respiratory system, through my ears, eyes and skin, and from my feet to my scalp. It dawned on me then that I was overloading my system from head to toe, with soft indigestible material, which was leaving a toxic residue in various cavities of my body. This became obvious to me as these orifices drained. “So, that’s how that came about”, I said to myself, when I stopped eating for a number of days.

It soon became evident to me that even though I was having one bowel movement a day, this was not enough. After a couple of fasts, I was surprised that my bowels were moving two times a day. And as time went by, I was dumping approximately half an hour to one hour after eating. My body felt cleaner and my mind clearer, because now I was eating pure food in smaller amount and nourishing my body more. What was happening to me was unheard of — two or three effortless dumps per day, and a quiet digestive system.

My thoughts hardly ever left this subject as I pursued a clearer understanding. It became clear to me that toxic build-up occurs in the ear, sinuses, respiratory system, and the uterine cavity. When these cavities reach a point of overload, the body would try to clear this overload by creating an infection. However, because of our wrong perspective, we interfered with this elimination by consulting a doctor who would bring in all of his armies to stop this honest reaction that the body is producing in order to deal with its overload.

By not addressing the root cause of the problem, and by continuing with our poor eating habit and consequent slow bowel elimination, the overloading of these areas soon leads to a chronic deterioration in the ears, resulting in a steady loss of hearing.

This also forces the sinuses, the seat of our communication and intuitiveness, to deal with its condition by trying to clean itself. It does so by shutting down and creating a frontal pressure called ‘the sinus headache’. This is done in anticipation of a sinus infection. This was, however, not understood by the medical authority that tried every weapon it had to interfere, and chronic sinus irritation continued — sneezing and finally allergies, which from my observation throughout the world, showed me that this problem was everywhere. It is blamed on ragweed, pollen, cat hair, etc. We are at a point where the radio broadcasts daily on the presence of these materials and their amounts in the air. It is made so complicated that it leaves the lay people suffering and confused, and paying daily for relief. This is only a part of the story resulting from eating poorly and moving our bowel one time per day.

Now, let’s move to the largest cavity — the upper and lower respiratory system. When this cavity reaches its point of overload, it reacts by creating an infection as its cleansing procedure, which is called ‘the cold’ and believed to be caught from someone else who had a cold. It has been declared a debilitating enemy that not only makes us miserable but actually interfered with the Gross National Product (GNP). All efforts are being made to stop this international enemy.

The respiratory system which was dealing with an overwhelming congestion was very efficiently trying to eliminate itself but was met with a dangerous human intelligence. Soon, the problem of this system will devolve into chronic bronchitis, asthma, emphysema and finally, a mess of lung infection called pneumonia. And if we still have strength and vitality, we would survive the pneumonia; but if we were old and already diseased, chances are this condition would kill you as it often does. All of this because we eat poorly three times a day and move our bowel only once.

Now the female, she suffers more, because she has to deal with her curse each month. Losing her iron, calcium and blood, plus the discomfort from this calamity because of toxic saturation is now beginning in the female at age 10. I remembered 60 years ago, this began at 17 or 18.

This cavity called the ‘uterus’ is ‘the incubator of angel’. It has a superior intelligence and will attempt to clean itself prior to ovulation, in anticipation of conception. It will purge approximately every 28 days. In the meantime, this is causing the body not only the loss of iron and blood, but a steady loss of calcium from the bones. Then at some point, usually mid to late 40s, the body realizes that it has an emergency on its hand because of all the years of loss of vital nutrients. The body then stops this monthly loss and this event is called ‘menopause’.

I can’t think of another way to explain this. All I know is that we must confront it and address it in the most intelligent way. To cease the menses in menopause does not remove the cause. There is a conflict because the toxic way of life continues but now, there is no monthly release. The result is a series of toxic reactions, i.e. hot and cold flashes, depression, sleeplessness, mood swings, night sweat, including an imbalance of the hormonal system. All these symptoms are treated incrementally and the hormones are unwisely supplemented and life goes on and the doctor called his nurse and said, “Next”. All of this because we eat poorly three times a day and move our bowel only once.

We look at our constipation in terms of annoyance. It has never dawned on us the far reaching negative effects of going a number of days between each bowel movement. We never knew that there were such dire consequences but now we know: when the body is congested, its fluids are thick, inherently weak organs are made weaker; and the circulation and nervous system strained under our biased mentality. Congestion not only hurt your circulation and nervous system, it will hurt your marriage and the raising of your children. You will be more accident-prone and you will recover more slowly.

We must move the waste out of the body efficiently, especially the waste of poor food. Consider that volatility of poorly combined poor food remaining in the system for days. The blood carries the poison throughout the body and irritates the weak parts, making them weaker. This is a lose-lose situation. Eating three times per day of poor food and dumping once is killing us.

There is no other way to honestly look at this. It needs our urgent attention because our dying process is going much too fast. The result will be an unpleasant way to end our life, painful and very costly. Changes will come and I believe that each of us needs time to reason this out. After all, it is the biggest change ever, so have patience with yourself for that is how we learn patience, and dream of the day when you have climbed the mountain — you have lost all taste for meat and dairy and you love the good food you eat. Then, this very high refinery, you call your bowel, will process fruits and vegetables into creativity, music, poetry and happiness. And when the nutrients are absorbed into the system, the material will be composted in the large bowel and what comes out of the rectum, will not be called ‘shit’.

Oops, I almost forgot obesity, the ultimate result of congestion.

Obesity occurs in inherently strong people. This new concept must be considered, because addressing the problem of obesity on the symptom level doesn’t seem to be effective. Strong people get away with the self-abuse because of their inherent strength, and the overeating of poor food has resulted in the maximum congestion — obesity.

Presently, obesity is a multi-billion dollar industry, with self-appointed experts coming out of the woodwork. Books, articles, television and radio programs are everywhere, backed by so-called ‘holistic doctors’ who have all the magic diets, exercise equipment, even hypnosis and stomach stapling, but they all failed because it is one symptom that cannot be tricked out of existence. We have eaten our way into this problem and we must eat our way out of it.

The day when we finally understand that the body alters the mind will be the day we accept the fact that obesity cannot be cured. In itself, it is only a reaction of a deeper underlying cause. Food is the basic addiction. It was our very first. We are craving food that is killing us and that shows how out of balance we are. So, if you were born with a weak stomach, it will break down faster under the burden of overeating before obesity could occur. And if the stomach was strong, the same overeating would result in obesity, but because of the inherent strength, obesity will occur over many years as the strong body endures the abuse.

The majority of humans are troubled and in too many cases, full of rage. The sicker and the more congested, the deeper the rage. And like all disorders, our society has been conditioned to see the symptom as the target to be eliminated, and victory was celebrated if the pain was relieved. Almost no consideration was given as to why there was pain. The list is long from this perspective, consider the following: Why is there constipation? Why the bladder infection? Why the acne? Why the depression? Why the flu? Why the dandruff and why the violence in the children? Why the high divorce rate and why the weakening mentality of the aged?

Every one of these symptoms are treated as a different disorder and the scientific mind has set out to find a way to eliminate the individual disorder. And in doing so, they created the future problems. Interfering with the body’s elimination has weakened the body and increased the toxic load, all of it leads to obesity.

Obesity is indeed congestion, we need to fully understand that. It just didn’t occur. The way we were conceived, the nine months of gestation, how we were fed, and how we couldn’t manage ourselves, and gave away the satisfying gift of self-care. Remember the old scripture that was never explained correctly: “the sins of the parents descend upon the children”? How else can you explain an obese grandmother who overate on poor food and developed diabetes, and years later, a child of her daughter was born with diabetes? If the body is inherently weak, this would kill before the body becomes obese. And if they were inherently strong, then obesity would kill them.

Learn the laws of life. It is easier if we understand and live by those laws. I am always aware of the old Chinese proverb “if you have a disease, do not look for a cure, find your center”. And there is Paul who said in Corinthians, “you must first become natural before you can become spiritual.”All the great books overflowed with the simple solutions of self-healing. This has been overlooked by all the philosophies our societies live by, as we struggle in the box of dead-end dogmatism.

So, there it is — obesity, like all disorders, have a common cause. And when I finally got it, my extra hundred pounds just melted away and I knew that there was no turning back. And this awareness would lead me to many more beautiful revelations. Every prayer was prayed because we did not take care of ourselves. Obesity was just another splinter from the weakness resulting from continuous abuse. All extremes are felt and through the years, because the cause was never removed, we were allowed to further deteriorate to a more weakened level, producing what we all face: old age and all of its consequences.

We have thought for so long that time was the cause of our aging, and it was Shelton who said, “Time will result in a general breakdown, but time is not the cause of this breakdown.” Every symptom that has occurred during our lifetime from childhood elimination to the mental illusions of the older people, are an indication of some malfunction. Obesity is the result of many malfunctions.

Remember, if the body has energy to produce violent eliminations, which takes enormous energy, then it can heal itself also. It is simply a question of properly managing the energy. In other words, the energy used in these violent eliminations can be used for self-healing such as the energy needed to produce flu and diarrhea. People who are weak and close to death have no energy to create these life-saving eliminations.

The most commonsense approach to self-healing is to prevent these problems in the first place. Awards must be given for prevention, rather than the very expensive and time-consuming cures, which treat the symptoms and do not remove the cause. There is no doubt that time has taken its toll but the lack of lawful living is a major part of this cause. Obesity, like all symptoms, cannot be tricked out of existence.

If there is one health problem all Americans have in common, it would undoubtedly have to be constipation. Yes, constipation!

More than 90% of Americans are constipated. Constipation plays a major role in obesity, which is an American epidemic these days.

Causes and Risk Factors

Constipation occurs when the stools are crowded together in the colon.

Medically speaking, constipation is defined as: Difficulty in passing stools or an incomplete or infrequent passage of hard stools. There are many causes, both organic and functional. Among the organic causes are intestinal obstruction, diverticulitis, and tumors. Functional impairment of the colon may occur in elderly or bedridden patients (persons) who fail to respond to the urge to defecate.

Now what causes the stools to become hard or hardened? Answer: diet in general and the Standard American Diet in particular, which contains excessive meat, dairy products, and starches. Cooking food can also contribute to constipation, as it destroys enzymes in fruits, vegetables, seeds, nuts and grains.

It is the enzymatic activity of living (raw) foods that causes peristalsis. Peristalsis is the wavelike muscular contractions of the alimentary canal or other tubular structures by which contents are forced onward toward the opening (rectum).

Symptoms

Constipation is characterized by hard dry stools, straining at stool, painful defecation, abdominal distention, and hemorrhoids. And obviously enough, a protruding pot belly physically denotes constipation.

If you eat three meals a day and are not defecating three times a day you’re constipated! If you are sitting on the toilet for many minutes and straining while defecating and after defecating you only see a pea or pebble sized stool at the bottom of the toilet, you’re constipated.

Healing Options

Professional colonics and/or at-home enemas can also help to eradicate constipation.

Constipation can be reversed or eradicated by changing or modifying your diet by cutting out or cutting back on meats, dairy products and cooked starches and eating more raw fruits and vegetables and drinking more water. Movement (physical exercise) can also help.

Dietary Intervention

Enzymes are destroyed at temperatures above 118. A raw diet can help alleviate constipation.

The opposite of cooked food is raw food. Actually, raw foods too are cooked, but they are cooked by solar heat, not synthetic heat (stoves, microwave ovens, electric ovens, etc.).

Raw foods are solarized foods and therefore will transmit energy to your body, unlike cooked food, which makes you tired and fatigued and weighs you down.

Raw fruits and vegetables provide natural fiber. Fiber is great for colon health and counteracting constipation because fiber bulks up in the colon and becomes mucilaginous and sweeps the walls of the colon.

Hydration plays a major role in the bowel management. Water is a natural stool softener and helps to soften the stools and also to keep the colon lubricated. Because water is electrical, it also stimulates peristalsis just like raw fruits and vegetables. Also, water and enzymes work together! A lot of Americans don’t like drinking water. They unwisely drink more soda pop, beer, milk and artificially flavored beverages than water, which their body is dependent upon for optimal health.

Prune juice and plum juice are ideal in battling constipation. When the colon is constipated, it’s the equivalent of a clogging/stoppage in your sink. When your sink is clogged, you call a plumber. A plumber unclogs a drain just like plum juice unclogs your colon. In the word plumber we find the word plum. Here is wisdom!

Cancer is defined by the National Cancer Institute as a disease “in which abnormal cells divide without control and are able to invade other tissues. Cancer cells can spread to other parts of the body through the blood and lymph systems.”

There are actually more than 100 different types of cancer, which are usually named for the organ or cell-type where the disease starts. That said, cancer is organized into these categories:

  • Carcinoma – cancer that starts in the skin
  • Sarcoma – cancer that starts in the bone or musculo-skeletal system
  • Leukemia – cancer that starts in blood-forming tissue such as bone marrow
  • Lymphoma or myeloma – cancer that starts in the lymph system or immune system
  • Central nervous system – cancer that starts in the brain, spinal column or nervous system

Tumors exist in two states: benign and malignant. Benign means “not fatal or pernicious.” Malignant means “highly injurious, pernicious or fatal.”

More than 1.6 million people are diagnosed with some type of cancer each year. Of those, more than 577,000 will die.

Causes and Risk Factors

No one really knows why some people get cancer and others don’t, so discussion is generally more focused on risk factors. Known risk factors are:

  • Age
  • Tobacco use
  • Alcohol use
  • Ultraviolet (UV) radiation from sunlight
  • Exposure to chemicals and other toxins
  • Exposure to ionizing radiation (such as radioactive fallout, xrays, radon gas, etc.)
  • Some viruses and bacteria such as Hepatitis B, Hepatitis C, Epstein-Barr, Human papilloma virus (HPV), Human immunodeficiency disorder (HIV)
  • Artificial hormone use such as medication containing estrogen and progestin (most commonly used to alleviate symptoms of menopause)
  • Family history and genetics
  • Poor diet
  • Lack of physical exercise
  • Being overweight

Symptoms

Cancer patients/suffers begin to get thin and this is caused by an internal “eating up” process where certain cells start attacking other cells. While an “eating up” is taking place in the body, a neoplasm characterized by the uncontrolled growth of anaplastic cells invade surrounding tissue, which metastasizes.

There are no specific symptoms with cancer. However, there are signs that may mean immediate attention is needed, including:

  • Lumps
  • Skin abrasians or discoloration
  • Persistent cough
  • Change in bowel movements or urination
  • Blood in the stool or urine
  • Unexplained anemia
  • Hoarseness
  • Swollen glands
  • Changes to warts or moles
  • Persistent nausea, indigestion or trouble swallowing or eating
  • Unexpected weight loss
  • Persistent fever
  • Non-healing sores
  • Persistent headache, muscle ache or bone ache

The Dangers of Chemotherapy and Radiation

Western medicine’s approach to treating cancer is the cut, slash and burn technique that usually involves surgery combined with radiation or chemotherapy treatment.

Chemotherapy is chemical therapy designed to kill the cancer cells. The challenge is that the immune system doesn’t always distinguish the difference between the cancer cells and healthy cells, making chemotherapy a physically difficult treatment. Side effects can be severe, including vomiting, hair loss and other issues.

Radiation is based upon the toxic element “radium oxide“, a serious poison to the human body. Radiation treatment leads to radium neuritis and myalgia. Radiation is used under the illogical premise of killing the cancerous cells in the body, but how are you going to kill the cancerous cells of the body without harming and killing the good/beneficial cells of the body?

In the East, the doctors don’t tell the patient that they have a fatal disease and only have a certain amount of time to live. However, they do tell family members.

Healing Options

In healing cancer, first and foremost, you need a strong and positive mindset and strong will to live.

OXYGEN/OZONE Therapy

These therapies are big in Europe where they are also legal unlike here in the United States. If you have an oxygen machine or ozonator and a body bag/suit, oxygenate or ozonate yourself twice daily (45-60 minutes). The oxygen or ozone will penetrate your skin and saturate your blood killing cancer cells instantly. You can also take oxygen/ozone baths daily. In these baths, you leave the machine going while in the tub. An oxygen/ozone bath should be anywhere from 1-2 hours. You can enhance this bath by adding a few pounds of sea salt (to alkalize the water) and MSM sulfur. Every glass of water should be oxygenated or ozonated in addition to being alkaline. If you don’t have an oxygen or ozone machine, you may add oxygen drops (20-30 drops per glass) or 35% food grade hydrogen peroxide (1/8 of an ounce) to your water. You can also add these to your bath water if you don’t have an oxygen or ozone machine. Oxygenated oil (Oz-Oil) can be used to rub the entire body down with so as to help oxygenate the body.

MAGNETS

Magnets may help to shrink tumors. Magnet strength sizes 4,600 gauss to 14,000 gauss are ideal. The higher the better! Never sleep with magnets above your eyes (preventing brain ionization). The magnets should be applied to the tumor and left on.

CRYSTAL THERAPY

Crystals work on the energy level where cancer begins. Crystals can cause cancer frequencies to change and thus rapidly begin the core healing aspect.

COLON CLEANSING

Colonics and enemas are essential in healing from cancer, especially colon and rectal cancers. Colon-cleansing herbs include Cascara Sagrada, Senna, Buckthorn, Aloe Vera resin, Rhubarb, Bilwa, Bibitaki, Jalap Root, and Glucommanan to name a few.
