Vitamin C

I have tried if for about a month now. I doeshelp with keep me from getting a cold, I take it every day so far so good. *

Thank you Dherbs for my vitamin C. I take them every night and I tend to sleep so so much better. I notice my gums do not bleed since I started taking them. I went to the dentist recently and they were pretty rough on my mouth to take the xrays. Usually this would cause my gums to bleed. Whenever I brush, no matter the natural toothpaste, I still get bleeding. I do have gum recession and taking Dherbs vitamin C has been a very big help. I also like that I do not get upset stomach from taking at night also. *
