I am a self proclaimed sugar addict! If I don't have anything sweet in my house, it's to the point I will brush my teeth or gargle with mouthwash just to get the "taste" of something sweet in my mouth...it's pretty bad. I thought I would try the sugar formula to see if it would help with my sugar cravings and I must say, I am impressed. No lie, the first day I took the supplement, I had no sugar cravings. I thought it was just in my head so I did not take it again for a week. I actually did not have a sugar craving the next day without taking it.
