I'm 5'6 and my starting weight before the cleanse I weighed 252lbs. 20 days later I weighed 230lbs. The pros: the cleanse made me feel energetic. I slept good at night and woke up feeling rested, and of course the weight loss. The cons: I had to pee a lot. Taking 5 pills every 2-3 hours 6 times a day. I didn't like drinking that active charcoal every night. The cleanse made my under-arms break out like a bad sun burn, but I read it was getting rid of impurities. Overall the products helped to cleanse my body. You have to stay committed to the program and drink lots of water. *
