This product is the best I have been on. I lost 15 unwanted pounds and no desire to eat meat. I feel so much better, I go to sleep at night without having to take any sleeping medicine, I have energy, and eating right. I did the full body cleaner but did not stay on track, however I still lost some weight. I will be ordering the full body cleanse in the near future. I want to do this one properly.
