This cleanse has been amazing! I've only been on it for 4 days and already I feel more alert. I'm not as sluggish, and it's simply amazing how pounds are shedding off daily. I began looking into Dherbs after having a bad sinus infection. I thought that would be a good time to detox whatever was in my body. I wasn't quite sure about a raw diet but I love challenges and trying this product would be a great test. While I do love some raw vegetables and fruits, I was not sure if I could eat that everyday for 20 days. I am now 6 days away from completing the the Full Body Cleanse and I feel great! I have even lost some weight which is what I wanted to do also. Although capsules had to be taken throughout the day, I love that they were easy to go down. This cleanse wasn't as hard as I thought it would be once I found such a variety of recipes to help me adapt to this raw diet. My family was a great support although they were eating all kinds of things around me, they were aware that I wasn't and that helped me to stay focused because I hate to start things and not finish them. I must say that Dherbs is awesome and I would recommend it to anyone! It has taught me to be quite conscious of what I eat. I look forward to how I will maintain this feeling of clean that I have right now. I plan to continue with the Maintenance Package to help me stay on this track to a more healthier life. I love the natural ingredients and knowing I am helping my body and not harming it. I wish I didn't have such a hectic lifestyle. I did the Full Body Cleanse and absolutely loved it! I lost 16 pounds and I was so happy that it helped my mental clarity. If I would have done more physical activities I think it would have way better. I used the Full Body Cleanse. It worked well for me. I felt so much better and when I had my annual check up including my lab work I received excellent results. I got my husband to use the Full Body Cleanse. He was skeptical at first but eventually tried it. He had been battling with high blood pressure. I started the Dherbs 20 Day Full Body Cleansing on May 6 and lost 41.5 lb. and I feel great. I'm getting ready (just ordered) another 20 day Full Cleansing Fast. I'm telling everyone about this amazing product. I told my Pastor, and he started a few days ago and is already talking about doing another 20 day. I went home for the forth and everyone was amazed at my weight loss and wanted to know what I had done since they had saw me Easter weekend.
