Awesome products. I lost over 10 lbs even though I purchased this product to cleanse my body of toxins. This product made me feel great everyday. I did stick to the suggestions in the book so I would get the full benefit of the cleanse. Great product and I recommend for anyone looking to do a 20 day cleanse to get rid of the nasty toxins from all of the processed foods eaten. *

I am reviewing the Full Body Cleanse from DHERBS. I decided to do this cleanse after my friend was introduced to it through her sister. Her sister got great results and was still taking other DHERB products, so we both started on the cleanse. This is a 21 day cleanse that has you taking 5 herbal capsules (vegan) every 2 to 3 hours apart during the day. Each set of 5 capsules is used to detoxify different organs and systems of the body. A suggested plan for food and drink consumption came with the cleanse to get the highest benefit. I stuck with most of the suggestions in the plan, however I did have one cup of coffee a day. The first 3 days were the hardest for me to get through, but on day 4 I felt better than I had in a very long time. I had more energy and my mind was clear. I was able to focus much better at work and in school. I am a Registered Nurse and a Licensed Massage Therapist (for 21 years) and I'm in a graduate program on my way to being licensed as an ARNP. I am into holistic therapy and will take that route before I turn to conventional medicine. While not every herbal product is safe for everyone, you must first check with your physician or health care provider to make sure your current medications will not interact adversely with any or all of the herbal products. At the end of my cleanse I had lost 7.5 lbs and was able to get into clothes that I hadn't been able to wear for over a year! This cleanse and suggested eating plan helped me to focus on healthier choices for eating, especially on the go. It has also helped me to get off of sugar and sweets, which was a great addiction for me. I have changed my eating habits quite a bit and realize that when I eat foods that are not so healthy, my body feels it and surely lets me know by making me feel sluggish, full of gas, and headaches. I have also increased my water consumption, which I hated before taking DHERBS. Now, I will choose a bottle of water over anything else. I highly recommend trying this cleanse after checking with your health care provider but it will demand commitment on your part to get the best results. If you default, no worries! It worked good for me. I lost 13lbs without any additional workouts. I did change my diet to standard meal plan where I ate small breakfast 7am, snack 10, lunch 12 normally a salad, snack at 5, dinner by 7pm or a green smoothie. *

I thought this was a hoax. The Steve Harvey morning show was ranting and raving about the amount of pounds each of staff were losing. I am so happy to say IT IS NOT!!!! This program actually works. I lost 11 lbs. and feel great and look good!... I took a week off and now will purchase the weight release cleanse to feel and look even better. IT REALLY WORKS! I recommend it. Started this 20 days cleanse after hearing it on the Karen Hunter show and wanted to try it because I totally trust Karen Hunter! She also tried it so I was a few days behind her..I am now on DAY17 and I am feeling so much healthier.. #IAmHealthy..I've lost about 8lbs without exercising, due to my schedule. I'm a 25 year veteran and a dedicated coffee drinker! This was to be my downfall... NOT AT ALL! I did not miss coffee, I had energy and I surprisingly work up earlier every morning! I was very hesitant about doing this full body cleanse at first. However, I am elated that I finally gave into my fears and stubbornness, as it has helped me tremendously. I would recommend the Full Body Cleanse to anyone. I had an awesome experience using this product. I lost 18 pounds, my blood pressure went down and my energy level increased tremendously. I ordered the product for my wife, mother, and in-laws the second time that I ordered it and my mother's blood pressure went down and she lost 26 pounds. I now detox twice a year and I'm thinking about doing it every three months.
