Reviews: Full Body Cleanse Companion (eBook)
The book did not have enough recipes to get me through the 21 days. Also there was not enough of a variety to be appealing. I ended up searching online for more raw meal recipes. *

Our group did not feel the Ebook was beneficial. Basically a repeat of instruction that were provided. *

There weren't many recipes and the first half of the book was had exactly the same as the free manual. I was a bit disappointed in the manual I paid extra for. *

The book did not have enough details on how to end the cleanse. I only lost 8 lbs. I have tried other cleanses and received better results. *

It was good, I am a BOOK person though, would love a paperback version. One note, the activated charcoal, it would be nice if you had another method for this like a single serve pouch of something, it can be a bit messy. *

I think the instruction should have been a little easier to understand. *

- The amount of pills that were needed to complete the three week program was a bit overwhelming for me. - Not having an actual book in hand was challenging for me as well. Trying to read it from my phone wasn't pleasant and very discouraging. - The type of information that was given was little lack luster. - With all that said, I'm a little skeptical on going through that whole process all over again. *

I appreciated the book for some of the recipes, but mostly relied on the DHerbs website to get me through theFull Body Cleanse (which I loved by the way!!). Overall, I would say the book is not something you have to purchase for the FBC, however, I plan to try some of its recipes/different juice classifications etc as as I continue to maintain a healthy diet following the cleanse. *

Would have preferred a hard copy of this book, as I will continue to use it. *
