I will admit that I had a bump in the road on the 5th day and ate 2 steamed shrimp with my salad but I rebounded and I am finishing on a high note back on track with all RAW veggies nuts and fruit. I am a true Steve Harvey fan, listen to his show every morning. I am on my 4th day of the 10 day cleanse express and loving it! already lost 3 lbs., stomach is so flat, i have more energy and my mind is overflowing with new ideas, projects and upcoming events i need to do - meaning my thinking is on point! For the past 3 months i have been a winter couch potato, cooking and eating heavy comfort food like crazy! now i am bak kin mood to exercise (zumba) and get this winter weight off of me for spring. I did the 20 day cleanse last February and loved it, lost 18 pounds! then in July i did the maintenance and like it as well, lost 6 more pounds and had so much energy for the summer. So I am looking forward to finishing this 10 day and hopefully losing 10 pounds. but i think i want to do the Full Body again and really get right for summer! At 46 with 3 kids (11, 17 and 23) i try to stay active and eat right but I must say, it is great to still fit in my size 10 clothes that i have had for years, also have people look at me and say wow, you look great! I tell them it's the Dherbs way! Totally believe you have to clean from the inside out! *

I was extremely pleased that an advertised product actually kept it's promise. I did not participate for the weight loss, although I did lose 5.5 lbs. I participated with my husband to see if the cleanse would help lower his cholesterol and pre-diabetic numbers. We don't yet have those numbers but we are hopeful. We both felt like we had more energy, no headaches, slept better and felt more alert during the day. I am also happy for the self-discovery that I am not addicted to chocolate! I had little to no cravings for chocolate or any other sweets. This lets me know that I have the willpower to really cut down on my "sweet" consumption and have not had any since I finished the cleanse. The cleanse also reinforced what I've learned throughout the years regarding better eating. My husband and I have decided to really stick to increasing more vegetables during lunch and dinner and have increased our fruit consumption for breakfast. I have shared these opinions and decisions with friends and family, and have suggested the cleanse to others. As I am a hot food lover, I could not participate in a 30 day cleanse; however, my husband and I will most likely do another cleanse next year before spring. *

First, I have to say thanks to Steve Harvey for endorsing this product, I am an avid listener to his radio talk show and this is how I heard about this product. I was feeling very tired and lousy and I knew I needed something healthy to help me through this. I decided to use the Full Body Cleanse; I didn’t think I was capable to do the twenty day cleanse so I ordered the ten day. I have to confess the first two days were challenging, but by the third day I was fine. By day five I felt the difference in my body, I felt very energized and I didn’t feel hungry. At the end of the tenth day I lost ten pounds (I didn’t do this cleanse to lose weight) I have to find a healthy way to gain back those ten pounds. I am telling everyone about this, if you need to flush those toxins from your body or you need to lose some weight you HAVE to try this product. I haven’t eaten meat since I started this cleanse, and I don’t miss it. I made a pledge to myself I will do this cleanse twice a year after summer and after Christmas.
