The product was easy to take. The pills are not hard to swallow. The pill case makes it very easy to track which pills to take and when to take the respective pills. *

I’ve tried the 10 day cleanse before and was able to complete it with no problem. I think I will try the 20 days after the holidays to challenge myself. *

I loved the 10-Day plan. I got through it without feeling anxious, and started seeing results! *

It was great, I will be doing the 20 day cleanse next. The worst part is the charcoal. I felt great, once the stomach cramping subsided, and lost 7 pounds. *

My wife, daughter and I did the 10 day cleanse together. It was such a great experience for us all. Only thing we didn’t like was taking 15 pills daily. We got through it. We all felt better and have change our way of eating. I lost 18lbs, my wife 10 and daughter 9. We will do it again after Thanksgiving. 10 days worked for us. I tried at least 3 of the recipes. We enjoyed the 3 bean vegan chili, cauliflower poppers, sweet potatoes. They were all hmmm hmmm good. *

I did not know what to expect, but I tried it for the full ten days, I feels much lighter and my skin has this beautiful glow. I lost 8 pounds. I followed it the best I could, overall I am very pleased with the product. The charcoal I did not use, I felt that it was not helping me. I will try the 20 days because the 10 days was so beneficial. *
