I usually use the Colon and Digestive Tract, so I decided to do 10 day Colon Cleanse. I got really sick after taking the activating charcoal, so I had to refrain from using it. I experienced excessive bloating, my stomach cramped a lot and loss of appetite. So I stopped the cleanse and went back to using my normal products. Sorry this wasn't for me, but I found that my body loves the Intestinal cleanser and bowel motion. *

The product worked but I felt that it was too much for me to do with the crazy hectic sched I have. I work as a restaurant manager and my hours are all over the place so I found it hard to follow. You should come up with a 2 or 3 step procedure for ppl like me. Other than that it cleaned me out. *

This colon cleanser is very effective. The first few days were fine and I was able to completely stop drinking coffee and felt good eating a completely raw vegan diet. However, as the days progressed, the herbs made my bowel movements were very extreme and in some cases very extreme and painful. I may consider doing it again, but in five day increments. *

I just completed the 10 day colon clense and I must say it worked but it was a little rough starting out. My stomach was cramping so bad from all the movement going on in my colon. After a day or two the cramps subsided significantly. The daily morning bowel movements assured me that the cleanse was working. I drank plenty of water and stuck strictly to the diet. I lost a total of about 7 lbs and my stomach looks significantly smaller. I also had a colonic performed the day after as the instructions suggested and the hydrotherapist said my colon seemed pretty clean because I didn't have a lot of waste. All and all, I gave it 4 stars because of the cramping and the amount of pills (5) you have to take daily as I'm not big on pills. I suggest this cleanse to anyone looking to jump start their weight loss program. After the clense, you think twice about what you eat and a lot of your cravings for certain foods go away. *

It's powerful and delivers what it promises.....a clean colon. It propelled me to a clean diet regimen of mainly vegetables and fruits. My weight loss was also expedited during that process. This was given to me as a gift from one of my best friends as I always wanted to have a colonic done, but decided on this instead. Let me just say that I FELT SO AMAZING after doing this cleanse!!! My body felt lighter, I lost inches and pounds, skin became clearer & I gained so much ENERGY!!! I only didn't give it 5 stars bc I had to really stay on top of the pills...but that was my personal struggle. I LOVE IT & WILL DEF DO IT AGAIN!!! *

I like these products, however, I feel like I got more bang for my buck and a more thorough intestinal clean from the 10 day full body cleanse. I will continue to do the full body cleanse a couple of times a year. *

I used the 10 DAY SUPREME COLON CLEANSER last year, and it worked out well. The formulas clean you out and the smoothie mix is a good compliment. I hope to see discount sales on this as well as the other 10 day cleanses more often from Dherbs.. Peace :-) *
