I’m really glad I got the Full Body Cleanse Companion Ebook with the cleanse. I’m the type that needs things broken down and this made it a lot easier to follow the schedule, what to eat, what to avoid, and little tips when I felt like quitting. I used the recipes and a couple of the snack ideas almost every day. Honestly, without this I probably would’ve been guessing and falling off, but it kept me on track the whole cleanse. Even after I finished the cleanse, I kept a lot of the meal ideas. I still make a few of the salads and smoothies from the ebook during the week, and I catch myself checking the food list when I’m grocery shopping. It kind of shifted the way I eat and think about food, not just for those 20 days, so it’s still helping me stay on a better path. *

I’ve tried a bunch of detox teas and most of them either taste weird or do nothing. This Full Body Cleanse Tea actually feels like it’s doing something. I drink a cup in the evening most days and I’m more regular, my stomach doesn’t feel as heavy, and I’m less bloated around my period. I did the 10 Day Liver Cleanse after my doctor told me my liver enzymes were high. I followed the program to the T and cleaned up my eating, and on my next lab work my ALT went from 79 down to 43 and AST dropped from 65 to 38.
