I've been taking Lungs & Respiratory for a few weeks. After taking this supplement, I noticed that my ongoing coughing has stopped. There were a couple of days when I didn't take it and my coughing returned. My lungs, however, haven't cleared from mucus as others have experienced, so my breathing hasn't improved. This product worked pretty well to clear up my lungs from smoking tobacco. I felt like I could breathe better the second I started taking them, on days when I did not take them I really could tell the difference. This will be my go to now for lung health.
