Here’s my experience with the 10-day blood cleanse. By day 3, I had a runny nose and an occasional cough, but I had a LOT of energy! I hand washed my car and had the radio playing while washing it; I was dancing a lot (I’m not a dancer). Later I cut my grass as well as my mother’s (I have a huge lot to cut!) and blew away the leaves on the property. Took an epsom salt bath later that night. On Day 4, I had a slight headache and felt some tiredness.
