This product definitely helped regulate my cycles. The only issue I had was the random episodes of horrible cramps when my cycle wasn’t present. I am always cleansing my body as along as I eat meat or anything that’s not vegan or organic; I must cleanse regularly. I was so ecstatic to receive this. I purchased this product (Moon Cycle Formula) online on a Thursday, and got it on Friday. I began taking it the next day and have been ever since.
