The reason why I gave this cleanse 3 stars is, because I did my very first blood cleanse back in 2009, straight after my 1st full body detox. The dramatic results from the FBD made it difficult for me to notice whether or not the blood cleanse had much effect on my body. Over the next 2-3 weeks after taking it, I noticed a major improvement. My skin became much clearer, I had released a lot of weight (19lbs), and I was much more energetic ( absolutely no exercise involved). I managed to keep the weight off until around February 2011. Since then i have only piled on 8lbs, of which i intend to release following a second round of the same two cleanses. I will keep you posted. *
