The Anti-V Cleanse was suggested by my doctor in addition to the full body cleanse. I did the full body first and just finished up with this cleanse. My skin has never been better. I didn't have any bad effects. I did practice meditation as suggested daily and stuck to a 99% raw diet. I was a little tired the first few days but my energy was much improved by the end of the first week. I have a glow that can't go unnoticed. I will do the full body again for my fall cleanse.
