So happy there was no charcoal with this cleanse. Overall, this was a lot harder for me as I did my best to stick to it as close as possible. Especially with taking a weeks break between cleansing. I immediately started this once I felt myself slacking. So weight cleanse to the rescue and it put me back on track by drinking the master cleanse beverage in the morning after increasing my water content of 2 liters a minimum a day. Although it was tough to stick to the diet plan and some days I included foods that were not on the plan, I was able to stick to the plan 90% of the time.
