My husband and I tried the 20-day full-body cleanse earlier this year. It was the first time he had ever done a cleanse. I've done cleanses before, but this was my first Dherbs Cleanse. We were both pleasantly surprised that we weren't hungry and still felt energetic despite the fruit/vegetable diet. We didn't experience any side effects during the entire 20-day period! I believe he said he lost approximately 15-20 pounds during the cleanse, however, he's more active than I am. I walked 2-3 miles 3-4 times per week during the cleanse, but I didn't lose as much weight as my husband. I plan to do the cleanse every six months, so this time I'll increase my exercise regimen, and hopefully I'll see more weight loss. Regardless, I felt good during and after the cleanse, so that's why I'm doing it again. *

The product was great. Wasn't really that hungry after the first few days. I really had plenty of energy. An people keep saying how my skin looked bright an clear. I lost about 10 pounds. But I lost many noticeable inches. Overall, it was a process that was well worth it. The one thing I can say that was a struggle was remembering to take my pills on time. Dherbs is everything that is promoted. Ive ordered 2 cleanses, and lost weight. I had to get use to Raw diet only but after 1st week, it wasn't bad at all. During the cleanse I felt really good, I wasn't craving any junk foods. My friend and I did the cleanse, prepared meals together. Paring up with a partner makes it very easy. It Works! *

I have been taking the full body cleanse twice a year now for two years and have received positive results! 1st of all my eating habits have improve significally and I have been able to maintain a plant base diet. I think the product is good, but I did not complete the process. I can tell that it would have worked if I would have stuck to it and completed it. I am ready to try it again and complete it this time. I did not think I was going to like the charcoal mix, but it was actually not that bad. *

It's been awhile since I had taken the Full Body Cleanse and I'm coming back home! This product works great!! I have recently been diagnosed as being pre-diabetic and have returned to Dherbs to get me right! :-) I do remember when taking the cleanse how great I felt afterwards from releasing all the junk out of my body. I was also working out regularly and eating healthier. As time went on, I worked out less and eating habits worsened causing me to be in a pre-diabetic state.
