I decided to do the full 20 Day body cleanse with my Dad. Our weight was rapidly climbing and our eating habits were out of control. The Dherbs pills really helped us on the journey. We were both surprised by how quickly our cravings went away and we felt full. We were able to successfully stay on the raw vegan diet and found a new healthier way of eating. My Dad is a long distance truck driver so if he could stay on this program and make it work others could too. Great product! When I first started the cleanse I did have headaches and I was hungry the first three days. I lost a total of ten pounds. The next time I do this cleanse I will workout more than what I did this time. *

The cleanse was great, but be aware that you have to have a focused mind because it will take your diet to a complete all raw vegan diet. If you are not use to that kind of eating it is very hard. The only negative I have is that I got tired of taking 30 pills a day. *

Awesome cleanser. It’s very hard but worth it. I lost 18 lbs. Down part if you don’t maintain a good diet you can gain some weight back but not all of it. It regulated my metabolism. I highly recommend it. *

With this cleanse you will lose weight and have clarity of mind and feel more energetic. This product combined with the raw foods diet has taught me a lot about my body. Raw foods and their benefits and cooking without meant. I also use the activated charcoal as a pre-brush on my teeth. I read that it helps to whiten them, which I have seen. I did the full body cleanse a couple months ago. Staying on a raw vegan diet was EXTREMELY difficult for me. The pills are not a big deal and drinking the charcoal I didn't mind at all.
