I completed the Full Body Cleanse, I lost 15lbs. I felt good every day with the exception of day 14; my only tough day. Also, the scale seemed to be stuck on the same weight for a few days and I was disappointed (I called Dherbs and got some advice (I was not eating enough) and was back on track for the rest of the cleanse) I had no cravings and was able to stick to the plan without issue.
