Good product! Lost 16lbs with this cleanse. Can be a little hard at first switching what you eat but it’s worth it once you start to feel better and notice a difference. There are lots of different things there like booklet provides to give you options on what to eat and recipes! I’ve done this cleanse a couple times, usually about once a year me and my boyfriend both do the cleanse. It’s nice when you have an accountability partner too. I noticed a difference in the way I felt and my skin and hair as well. *

This is a very good cleanse, it works best when you follow instructions. It did exactly what it said it would do. Must be disciplined an determined to successful complete the cleanse. Everything I've ordered has worked for my husband and I, 10 Day Cleanse, Maintenance Kit, Weight Release Tea, and Smoke Less. We're both down 10 lbs would be more but we cheated some. We're still drinking our fruit smoothie, salad and very little meat. I can see my waistline, I'm back to walking again!!!! I started the 10 Day Cleanse on January 24, 2023. I weighed 202.3 pounds, my blood pressure was 157/120. Today is the 10th day, I weigh 192.8, my blood pressure is 115/83. I look great! I’m exercising more than usual, my skin is beautiful!! And this is just a 10 day cleanse!! I’m taking a short break, and doing another cleanse in a couple weeks. So now, instead of being 24 pounds overweight, I have 14 more to lose to reach my target weight!! *

Just completed the 10 Day Full Body Cleanse Express. It was not as difficult as I thought it would be, being that I do not eat a lot of raw vegetables. No adverse effects. Other than having to use the restroom nonstop it was a success for me. I lost 9 pounds!! I would definitely do the cleanse again. I may attempt the 20-day cleanse. I will certainly continue using Dherbs products. *
