This is my 2nd month on the Maintenance package fist of all its only 9 pills to take daily 2 to 3 hrs apart. I love not being hungry and the Bowel Motion keeps me feeling not bloated and empty throughout the day along with the DETOX FORMULA and the Alkaline formula helps me maintain my Ph balance. I have more weight to lose but I have lost over 40lbs THANKS DHERBS *
