Dherbs has been a blessing for me! I contemplated in the beginning if the Menstrual Cycle Formula would really benefit me due to I was irregular with horrible bloating, cramps and bleeding prior to taking them. I've recently used the Uterus Formula & Yoni cleanser to start and felt results within the first month with my mood & less cramping. Now in month 4 I've switched to the Menstrual Cycle Formula to constantly take on a regular from here on out and it is great. I have little to NO cramping, no mood swings and my cycle is lighter a shorter.
