Besides the obvious benefits of the Blood and Lymphatic tea I was pleasantly surprised as to the taste of the tea considering I was unfamiliar as to how the herbs would taste in tea form. In a week after drinking the tea, my skin tone changed for the better and my energy levels went up. My feet/ankle use to swell and I notice the swelling went down ... I drink once or twice a week along with Lots of water It’s good !!! *
