This is a great herbal tea. I drink each morning hot without any sweeteners. It has a great aroma and you can taste the peppermint which is a plus for me. It doesn't have an after taste nor is it hard on your digestive system. I'm in the process of ordering for the second time and will make this a permanent part of my daily routine by replacing my morning cup of coffee with this tea. *
