Menstrual Cycle Tea is great! It took some time getting used to the taste (& scent) and figuring out which sweetener (agave, pure honey, stevia or truvia) I enjoyed best with the tea. But once I got that all figured out, I noticed much ease and natural flowing of my menstrual cycle. *

I would have given it a five if this was the only thing I had to take during that time of the month, but unfortunately I still have to take over the counter medication but not as much. *
