The biggest thing is structure, dedication and meal planning. This is a great product and I’ve completed the 20 day twice. I lost 23lbs the first and 19lbs the second time. I will say I worked out 3-4 times a week as well. It was a very noticeable weight loss. Meal prep and searching for recipes should be done prior to starting this process as it will make things so much smoother and less likely to eat some of the same things over and over which I can see how some people fail to meet the goal they wanted.
