A excellent Cleanse for me. Only exception is that I am not a pill taker and it is several pills you have to take for the full effect of the cleanse. But I lost 8 pounds and started to set another after the cleanse. I started drinking my daily doze of water, eating "clean" foods and I did daily prep for my meals for my work days. I even started back walking for at least 30 minutes. *

This product actually released waste daily. I did drop some lbs with this regimen however not as much as I would have like. But not because of the regimen because of me. I lost 10lbs. I know for sure I would have lost more had I followed instructions accordingly. The only downfall I would say is that it absolutely did not curb my sweet tooth which is my weakness, however; the full body cleanse ABSOLUTELY curb my sweet tooth. Idk what nor y. But this is my honest opinion. And yes I would do it again but more discipline *

I feel a whole lot better overall. The regimen was a bit had to follow due to my very busy schedule however the results are great. Lost a lot of the inflammation that kept me feeling sick and weighed down. Will definitely do it for a second round. *

The product works, but the weight loss does not occur until after you complete the 20 day regimen. I think to achieve my personal goal, I would probably have to do it again. I did have some noticeable weight loss though. When others noticed and when I was wearing a pair of jeans the appeared a bit bigger than usual. *
