The weight release really works! First the concept is a much better way to "lose" weight is to release it instead. It was challenging to keep up with the pill regiment, but I dropped 20 lbs quickly. While I personally released more weight and achieved better hunger/craving control using the 20 Full Body Cleanse, I did release 15 lbs on the 20 day Weight Release Cleanse & Regimen. However, there's something in the Weight Release Formula that made my nails grow like crazy! During the cleanse I had to maintain my fingernails weekly. They were long and strong! *

This product made things easier while doing a raw vegan diet. My goal was to lose 30lbs but I lost about 17 doing everything this system called for. I did experience cramping through out the night while taking number 7 of the cleanse . For the amount of effort I expected more weight loss but I'll contribute that to not getting enough water throughout the night. *

I gave 4 stars because I was not happy about the capsules. The regimen was not difficult and I lost 24 pounds in 20 days. I did go to the bathroom in the morning and at night. I want to do it again but cannot afford it. *
