I love the product! It was easy on my digestive tract and I felt great! I nearly met my A1C goal from over 14 points down to 7.3 after COVID-19. I will continue to eat better and walk consistently. I was home during the summer and counting pills out daily was not a problem, but I think it would be too difficult to manage while I am working with a very busy schedule. I would hope that the number of capsules could be reduced at some point, while maintaining the rich potency. *

I do this cleanse 1-2 times a year. It is a great way to give the body a reset and to cycle into healthier eating if you feel you have gotten in a rut. It takes discipline, but I definitely recommend! *
