This is a great product. You must have discipline to complete the 20 day cleanse to see maximum results. I have several health issues and completing the cleaning on a modified diet was awesome. My condition cause me to gain 100lbs over a year. This cleanse helped to start loosing weight again. During my 1st cleanse I lost 22 lbs and it’s still off. I’ll starting a second cleanse soon.
