Let's talk about the glow with my skin that I experienced. It was noticeable by me and others (over zoom at that). I actually felt better and received about a 8.5 lbs weight loss. I was already a vegetarian so the change in diet to raw wasn't as extreme for me. I liked the product and even though I only did 10 days I feel great. It stopped my sugar cravings I have a sweet tooth and I didn't miss the sugar at all. It was a little hard for me to just eat fruits and veggies but I did most of the time and when I did eat something light it was a salad with small piece of chicken but I still lost 5lbs.
