I was very pleased with the products. My blood pressure levels had never read this normal for as long as I can remember. I had no need to take my blood medication during this time, and up to two weeks after. It is beginning to run a little high again but not as high as before. All I can say is wow. I lost 15 LBS. I thought my swollen feet and ankles were due to my blood pressure medicine; obviously not any more swollen ankles or feet. I really think my skin is clearer too.
