The herbs are amazing and easy to take. They are small and not hard to swallow. I felt natural energy and clarity, I slept better and after the 3rd day on the herbs, I stopped having heart palpitations and bleeding and spotting! Didn't care for the charcoal, but it's not horrible, just remember to follow up with some warm water or tea to get that chalky feeling out of your throat. Overall, I am excited to do the FBC for a second time!!! *

I’m very pleased with this cleanse! I felt like it was very effective. I felt better today. I completed it and I didn’t have cravings upon completion of the cleanse. I will say that you have to be very disciplined on this cleanse! The only complaint is the amount of capsules per day. It can be daunting especially when you work from home with children.
