I’ve lost 14 pounds in 20 days! I tried my best to stay raw but on day 15, I started grilling my veggies. I sticked to the vegan diet throughout the cleanse and now after the cleanse I’ve become a full on vegetarian. In the next few months I will work towards cutting out dairy.
