Wonderful maintenance after doing the 20 day FBC. Less pills, but still effective. I lost about 1/2 of the weight of the 20 day version. Love the tea, which should be included with the 20 day FBC. Maybe the charcoal should be included with the tea, to mask the taste/consistency. Have lost over 30 lbs in 1 year by doing quarterly FBCs. This is a great weight-loss aids. *

The Cleanse is a really good jump start to an exercise program or rejuvenation for the body. It is important to follow the timeline for taking the each component as well as focusing on a clean diet for maximum results. Three days prior to receiving the product I started eating fresh fruit and veggies, along with increasing my intake of water which helped me ease into the use of the products.
