I must say so far, I am very impressed with this cleanse. I’m 5’9 ,175 pounds. I've been on this diet for three days now and have already lost four pounds! This cleanse will definitely make you use the bathroom often. The first two days was a struggle for me because if your not vegan, they wing you off A LOT of things such as meat and foods that aren’t natural. I would say I work out moderately throughout the week, so my body requires protein. I’ve found taking a tablespoon of peanut butter or almond butter will help curve your appetite throughout the process. Also drinking the correct amount of water per your weight, will also help move the cleanse in the right direction. I feel I will loose around 15 pounds by the end of this cleanse. I’m so exited to see the final results!!! P.S if you can, workout with this diet. I think that will help out a lot. Good luck!!!! *

I tried the 10 day cleanse to see if I would survive ???? Honestly, it wasn't as bad as I thought it might be. The first couple of days were the hardest. I lost a total of 5lbs. I'm not very overweight. But I'm getting older and felt I needed a reset. I will be interested in doing the 20 day cleanse at some point. *
