I experienced nausea, shaking, diarrhea and one case of vomiting. It turns out my body was really unhealthy and acidic. After a week of these side effects, I began to feel really good. My skin and eyes became really clear. It was tough to stay on diet, but I did my best and seeing how I live in New York, my schedule is crazy. I tried to eat salmon after the first week, but my body just didn't enjoy the taste. I stuck out the first 20 days and I felt really good. I still craved meat for most of the Full Body Cleanse, but that soon subsided. When I began the Anti-V Cleanse, it was a completely different ball game. My body was used to fruits and veggies. I didn't experience any side effects. Throughout the Anti-V Cleanse Meditation is mandatory. This helped me in so many ways! My mind was clear, and I became more focused. The Anti-V Cleanse is a must have in your lively regimen. I tried it once and I must say, I got instant results. I lost weight about 10 lbs, my skin was glowing and free of rashes, felt better than I ever felt. You also have to have a healthy diet as well for the results to be optimal. Drink plenty of water, get lots of rest and stick to a diet rich in vegetables. *

This worked AMAZING!!!! The diet was incredibly difficult to follow but I stuck with it. FYI You will feel wiped out foggy etc the first day or two I also got a headache but STICK with it. The first couple days of a cleanse are the hardest but once you get past it you will feel amazing. *

I loved the product. I actually "felt" the product working which was weird. I have to use this particular cleanse a few more times to get where I want & need to be health wise.
