Have done the full body cleanse for past 2 years now and it has always worked great for me. Lose between 15-20lbs when I do it and feel great afterwards. I try to do it at least once a year to restart/cleanse my digestive system cause I have bad acid reflex. Once done with the cleanse my acid reflex goes away for quit some time.
