2 days from the finish line of completing my first round of the full body cleanse. I can truly say it has been a challenge. Day 14 I was down 18 lbs will recheck at day 20. My wife and I have used this product for the last 3 years. Around February we do our full body cleanse and I must say it was a little difficult the first couple of days, but your body will adjust.
