This cleanse worked very well for me. I enjoyed it. I enjoyed the new recipes I tried. I maintained some of them even after the cleanse was done. I learned that I could maintain an essentially raw vegan diet. The capsules were easy to take and the suggested schedule was very helpful *

I'm on day 18 of the Full Body Cleanse and I must say that I'm glad I did this cleanse. Day 1 to Day 3 it felt like I had no energy but by day 4 my energy had returned and I started to feel the effects of the cleanse. I thought it would be hard to stick with the raw food but it was actually pretty easy. I went to several events that had lots of food and it didn't even tempt me to cheat. When I weighed myself on day 14 I was down 20 pounds. I can't wait to weigh myself after day 20 to see how much more weight I've lost. I think I'm now addicted to DHerbs and I love their teas.
