This is the best cleanse ever!! It really works. I lost a lot of weight but most of all I felt great afterwards, I recommend this product to all. I love it!! I do the cleanse three to four times a year faithfully. I have tried to fine other cleanses but none were all natural and none were for the full body. It is a very easy plan to follow which makes positive results inevitable. *

The 20 day cleanse is the "truth"! During the cleanse I lost 5lb primarily in the belly area, it felt as if I performed ab exercises but it was simply the movement of the waste evacuating my system. So if you want to loose that bulge, do the cleanse. My taste-buds became very sensitive, in terms of taste, following the cleanse a particular strawberry shortcake I would normally not be able to refuse became something I could actually refuse. The cake became too sweet to tolerate due to the changes in my taste-buds. So if there is something that you want to avoid following the cleanse because you know it's no good for you, do the cleanse. My skin glowed more than it normally does, and my waste were at an ease. *

I started the Full Body Cleanse on March 13th through April 1st. The 3rd day into the cleanse was the hardest for me. I was hungry and couldn't get full. I implemented more fruit, vegetables, & nuts until I was full. It was somewhat challenging to a certain extent. When I thought about being hungry, I would go back and read the diet regimen that was sent with my formula's that guided me along throughout my cleanse. To this day, I still read it. When I got to the 10th day of my cleanse, I felt great because I was at the halfway mark. I weighed myself because I felt my stomach shrinking. I lost 5lb. I was excited and it gave me motivation to push myself even more. When I got to my 20th day of the cleanse, I was happy and proud. I weighed myself and lost 16lbs total. Along with cleansing, I exercised 30 minutes a day. I'm still following the schedule as to how I would take the formula's, along with adding meatless products, not a lot, just at lunch time, which I've now made my biggest meal of the day. My short term goal was to complete the Full Body Cleanse in 20 days and my long term goal is to continue with a lifestyle change and eat healthy. Thanks Dherbs for all your help. Wow! I just completed my 20 day D-Herbs full body cleanse. The process was not as hard as I thought it would be. After about the first three days my body had stop craving for other foods. I followed the process to the letter, taking the capsules pretty much on time. l ran a little late but always completed each day. I realized that healthy snacks such as the raw nuts and fresh fruit really was all I needed. I lost a total of 18 pounds though weight lost was not the reason I began this process it was for health reason along with bloating. During this process I was energized every morning waking up feeling alert and ready to go. I also found that I didn't missed coffee, usually drinking around 3-4 cups per day. I am totally impressed with this product as well as all of my family,friends, and co-workers. Today is my 21st day and I continued with breakfast *

I love this product. I tried several products before and never received the refreshing feeling until using the Full Body Cleanse. The only thing I do not like is the huge capsules.
