I tried the full body cleanse and just wanted to let you know that this product really works. I lost a total of 22 lbs on the cleanse. New food selections were easy with the recipes that were provided. You get the hang of it within a few days and I was able to stick with it because I really like salads and learned to make my own flavorful salad dressing recipes. Each week I saw weight lost of 3 to 5 lbs great product that does what is says, if you follow the directions. I would like to try the weight loss product but the cost is a factor.
