I felt like I had no choice but to give this product a try. I've had so many stomach issues for years now and the doctor's could not find anything. This cleanse is excellent! Both my husband and I did it towards the end of the year and it was very effective. We did transition to vegan around a month before doing the cleanse. Admittedly, we didn't eat raw the entire time and the cleanse was still very effective. The amount of waste that we both eliminated was more than we have ever in our lives. Also unlike some cleanses there is no stomach cramping and discomfort, it's very natural and gradual. I missed it when it was over. I lost about 5 pounds and my husband lost about 20 pounds.
