This product is great! One area I had the most issues was digestion. After the cleanse I moved regularly every day, sometimes twice a day. Have been a DHerbs customer for several years now & the Full Body Cleanse is a MUST in my book. I lost a total of 15lbs on this cleanse. The first few days were tough, but i stuck with it. My skin was soft and beautiful and I needed new clothes. It was a lot of pills to take each day. My career hours, made it a little difficult to take them as directed. I didn't use the Activated Charcoal each day as directed, I probably could have lost more. This product really does work. Sticking to direct diet plan and getting some exercise. At first taking so many pills at once was very overwhelming but as the days go by you feel your energy levels arise and skin start to glow. I have tried this product a few times and I love it I lost about 15 lbs the first time and the 2nd time about 10lbs and with that you also lose inches off your waist and all the fatty places that women don’t like! So this could definitely be used for a jump start program or if just a cleanse! I didn’t think that 20 days would make a difference but it did. I’m not really a salad eater so I had to find different spices for them. I even made smoothies some days to replace a meal or for snack and then ate a hand full of almonds.
