I broke my neck and back in 1995. The older I get the harder for me to stay motivated to exercise and keep my energy up. The full body cleanse made me feel lighter and with more energy. I am very pleased after completing my 20 day cleanse. I am not a true raw foods eater and it is very difficult for me to eat raw foods. I still lost 18 lbs and didn't do the cleanse 100% the way it should have been done. Although I did not eat any meats during the cleanse, I did steam or grill some vegetables in order to get them into my system and just to change up from certain things i got tired of eating. Eating plenty of salads and changing up the different dressings you use, will help those who can't really do raw foods, get through this process.
