I had been trying to loose the extra weight I gained when I got married 5 years ago. Before I married weigh 137 my weight I gained 161. I have used the full body cleanse 3 times and each time it has given me the results I wanted! I lost about 15 pounds every time each about 6 months apart and kept it off. Its extremely difficult to stick to the food plan at first which is why I only lost 15 instead of more but after the first couple days it become s a routine and I actually stick to the food for months after even because I am so used to it. I found this cleanse to be good for me. It gave me discipline and structure. Eating raw was new for me. I took this challenge to be able to stop taking my high blood pressure medication. My pills gave me angioedema. I stopped taking them and waited a week before seeing my doctor. At the visit I had lost twenty pounds and my blood pressure was normal.
