To those who are questioning whether or not to do it...do it! Yes, it will be hard, but trust me, you will feel fantastic! I never write reviews, but always read them. I have to write one for this product. We are inundated with plans, diets, regimes constantly to lose weight, look good or whatever you think you may need. A lot of them are not good, but I can say because of using this product and really following what they have to say, it works. Our health is important and yes, you may make mistakes here and there, but this teaches you what your body should feel like without the garbage we consume periodically. It's hard not to. The Dherbs is a real cleanser. No joke about that. Now it seems to work differently on everyone because me, my mom and sister took it and we had different results. In the Dherbs booklet it's stated that you'll notice mild nausea, slightly reduced appetite, slight headache, cough, etc. and they are on point with that because I experienced it.
