After hearing about the full body cleanse on the Karen Hunter show and her encouraging and inspiring results I ordered the FULL BODY CLEANSE in late October of 2016. Although the first week was very tough going all raw vegetables, fruits almonds, walnuts etcetera and natural juices my body adjusted well and although it was tough I stuck it out and in the end I felt better than I had felt in years. In the past I felt sorry for vegetarians but after doing the full body cleanse I found out that you get all the energy from vegetables, fruits etcetera that you need to function just fine. I'll definitely be cutting back on my meat intake in the future. The FULL BODY CLEANSE is something that I will definitely do on an annual basis. I lost about 7 pounds and I had fasted in past but never for more than 3 days (normally all juice and vegetables). By staying consistent with the plan you too should see great results as I did my best to take the herbs at the scheduled time period. Hope to become more disciplined and take the Full Body Cleanse more regular. My last time taking the cleanse, I lost about 20 pounds and dropped two sizes. Since then I have regained the weight and feeling bloated and know I'm way past due for another cleanse. In addition to the cleanse it allowed my system to better absorb other supplements, increased my energy and focus.
